I know that I should consider many different aspects of my health before using test. Although I haven't been diagosed with high levels of cholesterol or heart disease is very common in my family. What do you suggest I do to take precautions to prevent these hereditary health problems?

Simple blood tests can reveal a lot about your current state of health. Just make an appointment with the local clinic and go get it handled, make sure you are in the normal ranges on blood values before adding any fun stuff in.

I agree 100%- I can trust my family doc he does it whenever I ask!
