    Beginner Sust Questions

    At 250mg how many shots per week should I be taking, also is it recommended to work out every 48 hours? Thanks.

    How much training exp. do you have? Stats? Diet? I noticed that you're only 19 years old. I'm not one to tell someone else what to do, but think about the dangers you are at risk of before taking the plunge.

    Bro, 19-first cycle. Wait! you're gonna do what you wanna, so go ahead, but almost everyone on this board will tell you to reach natural potential before touching gear, and at 19 you aren't even close! Anyhow, not one to dad on ya, but do what you need, without my advice.................

    If you're 19 you should hold off for a few years and then come back to the idea of running a cycle.
