Wtf To Take When Off???????????????
hi guys, Right now im on cycle of test only. takeing a sh-t tun of supplements. for exp in the morning at 5:00 vit-C@1000mg, vit B-6@50mg, Flax oil@1000mg, multy vit, vit B-12@1000mg, msm&Glucosamine@1214mg, cranberry plus@900mg, milk thistle@575mg is all this Ok and what do i need when i get off the cycle? thanks for any info

you mean 1000mcg's of b-12 right..?
And its up to you, personally IMO taking 2 much supplements could elevate liver values, putting the liver threw more stress especially while on cycle..But your supp's look good to me, not too much.

And IMO you could stop everything but the cranbery and b-6 ,b-12, multi vit. I Supplement with these all the time on and off when i feel like really.

I don't use B12 but I run year round milk thistle, flax, primrose oil, tribulus, saw palmeto
