The top of my left quad is a little swollen and its red from the top down to the knee. Its also hurts to put pressure on it. It's weird because i inject more into the side of my leg, not the top. Anyone ever experience this before? If this is an infection do i have to stop my cycle to go on antibiotics, and what do i tell the doctor?
does the spot of the injection warm or feel hot when you touch it

I injected monday, 250 mg of test e. I'm doing 500 mg a week and i'm on week 6. I first noticed this yesterday. I think my forehead might be a little warm.Quote:

But really I think you're ok, I get reactions like that sometimes.
i went to the Dr last week for this..in my delt..i told her what i was doing, and she put me on some antibiotics...my white blood cell count was a little hi, so she said i might have an infection starting..after the meds, everything was fine 2 days later
You may not want to wait until you have a fever, the condition might be too severe by then. I would see a doc soon going what you have said. I had an abcess once in my ass and had to have surgery to cut it out. I waited too long hoping it would clear up on its own, so that by the time I went in for antibiotics it wasnt enough.

I had my whole upper leg swell up twice-even my fricken knee cap looked swolen from a shot of test E. It was a little warm and red and it hurt to touch. It lasted more than a week. I just made sure that it felt a little better each day. For me I think it was the hight BA content-I felt a knot in my quad for a month. If your are worried and it doesn't feel better soon go to the doc though.
If you dont wanna tell your doc about steroids then say your using b-12 injections...
But IMO ide tell the doc regardless, its always better they know exactly what there dealing with so they can make a better decision in treating you.
I dont know so im asking here, if you do have and infection and went to the doc, what kind of antibiotics would they prescribe for somthing like this.?
so i know, ide rather have them on-hand anyhow.
