workout
im tired of doing the same workouts and i dont think im doing the correct number of reps can anyone post down a complete workout for mass. oh and I have this tribulus stuff from twin labs is it worth even bothering with it i currently finished a cycle so im just waiting until my next one.

My man, you're kinda asking to be flamed with such a vague request when this topic has obviously been discussed many times before. Please use the search function and you will find a plethora of info more than enough for you to create a program.

didn;t help me out much going to the workout forum so best of luck...i posted my workout up and got no feedback watsoever. im sure there could have been some kind of critque on it but i got nothing.. i was kinda disappointed

Tribbulus is a great supplement. Durring PCT I run 4g ED........ helps get LH production going again.

When you say you just finished a cycle, did you do any PCT for it?

of course i did the clomid taste like shit but helped me keep my strength but i still broke out but only after pct mabey i wasnt running enough of it i did it according to the pct chart on this site
