Ok I've been working out all my life, but recently just hard for about 3yrs, on and off stuff like creatine and No2. I've decided to take it to the next step and join darkside. From what I hear from freinds and from what I read, this is what I've come up with for my first cycle, tell me ya'lls opinion please.
P.S. I need all the opinions you can provide me with.
200mg of Test100/week
200mg of Deca/week
40mg of Dianobol/day
50mg of Winstral/day
Any opinions?
That cycle needs a little bit of work. This would be much better for you.
500mg of Test100/week
400mg of Deca/week
30-40mg of Dbol/day
No need for Winstrol in your first cycle. That cycle right there will give you awesome gains for your first time. Enjoy!
I forgot to add that run the dbol weeks 1-4 at 30 mg

Also I'm wanting to cut the remaining fat around my waist area, so I was wanting to use the Winstral for that, could I use it anyway?

I'd say drop the deca for a first cycle and just do 500mgs of test a week for 10 weeks

Nope. Most people recommend that you only take Test for your first cycle so if you do get any sides then you know where they came from. I happen to believe that adding Deca and Dbol to the mix at those moderate doses will make your cycle much more effective with your receptors being fresh. As long as your test is higher then your Deca, you should be fine. You'll grow like a weed.
Test 500mg week
Deca 400mg week
Dbol 1-4 30mg a day

Agreed, maybe even just stick with the test for your first go around. See how your body responds. Keep nolva and PCTs on hand.

I've said this before and i'll say it again. I ran Test and dbol for my first cycle like this.
Test 500mg 2 shots 250mg a week Mon & Thurs
Dbol 30mg 1-4 30mg 1 hour before I workout.
I managed to gain 15 pounds and keep it. I wish I had throw in some Deca to make it even better. That's my only complaint. I had no sides whatsoever except for a little acne on my chest, back and shoulders. Remember you have to eat, eat, and eat some more especially on your first cycle. You're body is growing at an astonishing rate when your juiced.

i vote for test E only man. mainly so you can see how you respond to it and the fact you dont need to go all out your first time. id say go 500 on the test. along with anti-e and PCT. if you do this and eat/train well you should essily gain 20-25 pounds. you can probably manage to keep about 75-80% of it with proper pct andeating post cycle.
this is just my thought though so do as you want.
