i am running l-dex .5 eod and 20 mg nolva ed
cycle is
500 test 1-12
300 deca 1-10
30 mg ed dbol 1-4

what if i hit the nolva to 10 mg ED, and keep l-dex?
also what if I run just nolva at 10 ed.
what are the possible gains......losses related to these combos. thank you
You should be fine at 10mg nolva a day... then if you get any estro sides just bump it up
also run some b6 at 200mgs a day to stop deca gyno

allthough this study was done with Letro, both have the same mechanism of action so it's applicable to L-dex

The effect of aromatase inhibition on male gonadotrophin and sex steroid concentrations is illustrated in the paper by Trunet et al. (1993): 2.5 mg letrozole suppressed plasma oestradiol concentrations to less than 50% of pretreatment after 2 days, with recovery to approximately pretreatment values after 6 days. These decreases were accompanied by increased gonadotrophin concentrations, with resultant increases of approximately 50% in plasma testosterone. also b6 is stupid cheap so don't sweat it.. its def worth getting
My last cycle letro hindered my gains....
I talked to my pharmacist about B6. She said its best to get it in 100mg concentration and take two per day, morning and night and this way your body will be able to absorb more of it and make use of it better.

Drop the Clomid and use Nolvadex, drop the Ldex and use Aromasin.Quote:

so I need to change this protocol. I was going to do the clomid 300..100 protocol.
