How To Prevent Liver/prostate Damage??

PLEASE ADVICE ANYTHING TO PREVENT LIVER AND PROSTATE DAMAGE FROM AS UTILIZATION?? HOW LONG DO I NEED TO USE THE PRODUCTS AND WHAT DOSAGES ARE RECOMMEND??

Alpha Lipoic Acid, Milk thistle = good for liver

beta sitosterol, saw palmetto = good for prostate

there's also drugs like proscar that are good for the prostate.

doses range a lot, but do a search and see what others use as far as dosing.

ALA and Tyler's Liver Dextox is a good combo.

I use Tyler Liver detox, Saw Palmetto and ALA every day. That's the ticket.

the best protection -i know - is clomid
it acts like estrogen on the prostate preventing its hypertrophy
proscar is more protective ,but i don't think you wanna have the sex drive of an 8 years old girl.
