I'm currently into my third cycle, and have never gotten sick while on (always feel great).
I wouldn't mess with supps if you get sick, just rest, eat fruit, drink lots of H20, fresh air.
When I get sick I take a few days off from training so that I can fully recover and hit it harder after.
just MHO, though.
i m in week 14 of a cycle and have been sick twice...

Vit b-12 is supposed to give your immune system a boost.
Watch out for overtraining, that will lower your resistance to illness.
I get some sort of "Cold" at the end of every Fina cycle I run.

i get sick every cycle ive ever done, you just have to take vitamins and fight through it, i normally take a multivitamine and milk thisle
i get a little test flu here and there... i just rest a lot and eat well... lots of fiber in diet too.
had test flu around week 3. just got sick last week with a regular cold that was going round my family... last winter i was taking glutamine everyday and i didn't get sick at all. that's the first winter i have ever gone without getting at least one cold...Quote:

I'm not a scientists, but I believe that AAS reduces your immune system a bit. I read it in an article about Test. Replacement Therapy for HIV patients. It commented that the steroids given to these patients, to build them up from wasting, ironically reduces their natural immune response. This increased vulnerability to infection is offset by the other drugs they would be taking to boost their immune systems.
at least my school books tell me that test acts as an immunosupressant, but I think the effect is quite mild..
