The DEA is/will be going after ppl. and is currently working on the lists they have, it's no longer in the FDA jurisdiction, it's hitting the DEA side now from what I hear.

The DEA will be using the full extent of the patriot act (or is using) to pull financial records of fina pellet buyers that don't match up to their cross-reference farmers list

I already talked to a guy that was approached by a DEA agent locally about bulk fina pellet purchases.

I wouldn't worry if you only ordered a few cartridges here and there, but who knows.

Lame. WTF. This is BS. I got a buddy that keeps ordering bulk. Gotta give him the heads up. You guys think its ok to buy, but if you dont have any pellets/homebrew laying around, it'd be ok? Im sure it would be, but then you'd have to explain where the pellets went. Damn. I cant believe this one. Thanks for the heads up though. Appreciate it.

yeah. so they say. as long as you intend the use for animals, and not humans you should be ok. but once brewed, its illegal. I wonder if they are trying to get info on ppl who order bulk, and often so they can pop in out of nowhere and see if there are any converted tren . my thought atleast. damn, just hope they dont take it away from us.

worst they can do is tell you no. or they may require id and proof at that point, however the beauty of that is you can just walk out. They can; really do much to you for attempting to buy it cept refuse you.

This is a bit ridiculous. I agree that everyone should approach this with caution, but realistically, how in the world can the DEA practically deal with this. There has got to be literally thousands of stores across the US who sell this stuff. The number of customers has to be ridiculously long. How could they determine who to attack other than volume. I am sorry, but unless you are buying cases of Fina pellets, my guess is that the chances of any issues is unlikely to remote. Then again, don't be stupid.
