I have just finished a cycle of weeks 1-8 Deca
weeks 1-11 Sust
weeks 8-11 Masteron
I gained a solid 25lbs,but I had to leave town the day after my last shot, and will have no access to a gym for 3 weeks. I have some dumbells, and have been doing basic exercises, but none of this really feels like I am getting a good workout(especially for my legs). My question is how much of my gains Should I expect to lose with this layoff, and is there anything I can take or do to prevent these losses. Will extending my cycle help, even though I won't be getting a very good workout. Any responses would greatly be appriciated guys.
