I have just finished a cycle of weeks 1-8 Deca
weeks 1-11 Sust
weeks 8-11 Masteron
I gained a solid 25lbs,but I had to leave town the day after my last shot, and will have no access to a gym for 3 weeks. I have some dumbells, and have been doing basic exercises, but none of this really feels like I am getting a good workout(especially for my legs). My question is how much of my gains Should I expect to lose with this layoff, and is there anything I can take or do to prevent these losses. Will extending my cycle help, even though I won't be getting a very good workout. Any responses would greatly be appriciated guys.

Well you said you finished so did you already start PCT?? That would play a huge role if you wanted to keep going.

no I just finished a few days ago, and don't plan on starting my PCT for another 2 1/2 weeks, I take 10mg of nolva per day, but that is it so far. I have Enough sust and masteron left to go on for another week, mabye a little longer, but like I said I am bot getting quality workouts, so I don't know if staying on a little longer would help or not?

The same thing happened to me on my first cycle. I took my last shot the day before i left for two weeks. I kept my calories high and rested, and i surprisingly ended up adding like 6 lbs of muscle. i think its because i had been training so hard for the past 10 weeks and my body needed the extra rest and recovery. best of luck to you.

I would stop your cycle. .....too bad you ran clen already..would be nice with pct.
i would stop it...run pct schedule.....and eat tons..keep your calories high...
bring light weights...i actually bring a rope/cable resistance setup when I travel. its small fits in my suitcase and I can get reps in to keep the nice burn.
rest up ...eat..and grow now.

thanks man I'll see if I might can get a band type resistance rope, maybe that will help, dumbells just don't seem to cut it. I will maintain 3000-3500 calories of clean food per day, I hope this will help.

I'd revisit your belief that you won't have access to a gym.
I travel extensively, and can always find a gym, anywhere I've been.
And that includes most of europe and asia.

I see your reasoning for wanting to start PCT in 2 1/2 weeks. Because you just finished the Sust you need about that long, good timing.
But I still dont see what your asking. Are you just asking for opinions on if you should continue for another week or just stay off???
IMO if you're not goign to be working out then wait your 2 1/2 weeks and start PCT.
I would really listen to trips about when he said to revise your gym oppurtunites. Is there any access to a gym at all?????
