You want to get lean? Diet+Cardio is the answer. Winny isn't going to do jack for you unless your bf% is already low.
What are your stats like? Age, weight, bf%, height, years lifting (if any), ...

I am 29 years old, 5'7, and about 200 lbs. I have lifted for about 10 years and am at about 8% bf. Looking to get a little harder and faster cycling.

"crashed" means their suspension didn't hold, and it separates and becomes a sediment on the bottom of the bottle until you shake it.

Throw the Primo away... its too expensive to get worth while gains. Take that from a guy who doesn't want to be huge, and wants to keep the sides to a minimum. Even still, Test/Winny is good, but primo? Eh, it's lame. How about Test/Tren, or Test/EQ, or Test/Anavar/HGH/T3 and a keto diet? The primo just isn't the ticket...
I've already got it, and it was free from a friend that needed to pay me back.

I cycle 2-3 hours 20 days a month and eat about 3500 cal. a day (6 times a day) which is high in protein (about 300 grams) and clean. I really need some help. I want to start on the first and have the gear listed up top.
This will be my 5th time to take juice and it has been over a year since the last time.
What do yall' think? Please give me some thoughts. Thanks..
