    wat next

    hi, 1st timer to all this,,,

    im doin:-
    30mg b-bol ed
    500mg test cyp ew

    im on my 5 week of a 10 week cycle,,,,
    wene the 10 weeks are up wot is the best thing i should be doin
    different people say different things,,

    more ideas would be great

    1-4 dbol @ 30mg ed
    1-12 Test C @ 500mg ew
    15-18 clomid @ 100mg ed
    15-18 nolva @ 20mg ed

    ...and wene i have finished week 18 is it ok to start my next test cycle

    Clomid and Nolvadex are both orals.

    The general rule of thumb is: Time off = Time On plus PCT. In your case it is recomended you wait 18 weeks before running another cycle.

    Yeah, he's pretty green but that's OK. We were all there once. At least he is seeking information.

    Nah, the dead weeks, between last inj and pct are where you usually need to make sure you maintain diet and work ethic, but no need for anything else, maybe hcg , but nothin else.

    As far as the HCG goes I like to have it handy, and use it as needed. End of cycles boys are lookin a little smallish I throw some in, if everything is lookin good though I just leave it and go into normal PCT.

    fair enough saying if u dont ask u dont know but the smart thing to do is know all the ins and outs of what ur puttin into ur body before u start doing it....it is ur body and u have it for the rest of urlife look after it....it would never be a smart idea to start a cycle without knowing what to do after it...pct is just as important as the actual cycle if not more as it is the difference between someone spendin all that money on a cycle and keeping their gains, and somoene who throws their money away by losing everything they gained once they stop.....but as i said earlier, it is ur body...and ur free to do what u want with it...best of luck with the rest of ur training.
