Newbie question..please take a moment to educate me.
How does creatine fit in with AS ? Why and when should you take creatine ? Is creatine used post cycle to help keep gains?
Question 2- How does your workout style/frequency/intensity change after your cycle has ended? Do you lighten up a bit or continue to go balls out?
Final question-Does taking DHEA during or after a cycle help anything ?
Consider your opinions for a non competitor that just wants to look good.

Thank you bro,as far as the creatine goes,yes post cycle is a good thing to do.it will help you with your gains.for the rest bump! for the pro's cuz Im still learning myself.
