OK found his original post in New male members forum. Iron - if you're looking for advice on a good first round, you can't go wrong with a test only cycle at about 500 mg / week. Use a long ester test like test e or test c (look these up in the profiles forum) for about 12 weeks. After a lot of research and reading thats what I decided on for my first cycle and I've been pleased with the results. Check the PCT forum for a LOT of good info on proper PCT.
