    test cyp 1-12 500mgs/wk (250 2x per wk)
    EQ 1-10 400mgs/wk
    nolva 10mgs ED during and bump up to 20mgs during pct
    i don't know much about avodart

    Awesome thanks man. Thats what i was thinking of.
    i know i only weight 160, but damn its funkin hard to buy all that food and eat all the time and never go out on the weekends and just piss it all away, or crap it all way. know what i mean man. I am going to write that down and post it in my kitchen so i know what to take. In that last post i was dawgin that Italian guy not you. anyways you think that would be sufficient for my weight. its solid muscle, i am not skinny just don't have any legs.

    its my 3rd cycle actually dbol 1st. Deca & sust 2nd, and this will be my third.

    Allright...I would go with :
    Test C weeks 1-13 @ 500mg/wk
    EQ weeks 1-12 @ 400mg/wk
    Eq needs to be run a min. of 12 weeks

    Just my advice though @ 6'0" 160 you need to gain more weight, thats pretty skinny. I know b/c a loong time ago I weighed that, and Im your height

    if i'm being perfectly honest you'll need to get a lot bigger naturally before you juice. even 160 w/no legs you still aren't very big. i'd spend the money on food and protein and creatine personally. you really need to get in the 190-200lb range. this way when you do your cycle you'll be able to get the most out of it. no offense taken by the way. just a misunderstanding

    i use to way 140 5 years ago. and am now up to 160 due to Cycles. I can't gain any weight, i eat and eat and eat, i can eat more than some of the people i know and nothing. Its like it fukin disappears or something. What foods should i eat. i will have the stuff in two days. should i still go ahead and take it or what. Its the best stuff you can get to. Would gaining 30 lbs of muscle hurt me if i only weight 160, or will it do me more damage than anything.

    i'm just afraid that you won't be able to maintain the weight after you come off since you don't have a sufficient base. its not what you're eating. its what you're not eating. at that weight you should just eat everything in site and not worry about fat gain right now. worry about that when you're ready to run a cuttin cycle. in the end its up to you though
