EOD is better, but 3 times weekly will work if it is what your lifestyle allows. You will just get more of a rollercoaster ride for your body to endure.
I'd say it really depends on how experienced you are with sust and what dose you plan on running. What's your cycle history and how old are you?
Are you talking 750mg/a week then? Or spreading a more mild dose out over 3 shots? Twice a week (Mon, Thurs) worked well for me but i wish i did a Mon Weds and Fri shot at 750 a week. How much are you taking?
Blood levels will remain far more stable and reduce sides by shooting eod or even better ed.
bro....three days a week is fine. your levels should be fine. i've done exactly what you are talking about. i didnt see any more sides than normal. everything was fine and i liked the gains. good luck.
