Guys dont take other advice from other newbs unless you see anyone with experience backing it up, and even then wait for more input i have seen way to many newbs giving other newbs retarted advice that could potentially mess you up.....that is all

One must NEVER forget that this board is not the ONLY board, and that POST COUNT does not indicate one's complete spectrum of steroid knowledge and/or experience. Take advice based on the EVIDENCE--scientifically, first and foremost, and secondly, ANECDOTALLY.

There is a large diversity of opinions regarding the safe and effective use of anabolics, on this forum in particular. SOME people advocate "Test-based" cycles, whereas some people use "non test-based" cycles. Some people use CLOMID pct, while others simply use Nolva. Some of us even use arimidex ....the POINT is, there is more than ONE WAY TO DO JUICE. There are many ways to "eat a Reeses".

Everyone is different. Be educated, and enjoy the ride!

best bet is to look at all the advice and research cycles and profiles of aas..

u guys are right - but i dont think that bignatt meant dont take advice from anyone with less then x amount of posts...just a general rule of thumb make sure to pay attention to whos giving the advice

Read through the boards carefully.....look at people who give advice that people agree with.....steroids arent anything to jump into.....always get lots of opinions

I'd say don't take advice from anyone unless they can back it up. The experienced people make almost as many mistakes half the time, they're just less obvious.

One should only take AAS advice once they've reasearched their question thoroughy themeselves first. I understand that there are a lot of different opinions out there in regard to AAS and PCT such as HCG use, which i still cant get a straight answer too. However, one must thoroughly research and understand everything about there cycle before they start, instead of injecting these compounds into their bodies just because "somebody" on a steroid forum told them to.

the one important thing that many dont mention is this : everyone responds differently to different AAS... My best cycle is not your best cycle, depending on goals, genetics, estro sensetivity, hair loss, testicular atrophy, acne, schedule, attitude, training technique... it is so subjective there is no one perfect cycle/diet/training routine for everyone. Any experienced, educated user knows this.

Exemple w/ Dbol for my best friend. Never had sides even taking it on cycle over the last 2 years, thinking he's an alien
