    When to take Dianabol

    In the first four weeks of a cycle, if one were to take a total of 6 10mg. tabs of Dianabol every day, how should they be spread out during the day?

    20 mg. in the morning with breakfast, and then 40 mg. 1 1/2 hour before evening workout? Tell me what's worked for you.

    Also what is the optimal amount of time before a workout to take an oral like Dianabol, to ensure maximum utilization and "kick"?

    Bro is this your first cycle, and is this your first time using dbol ?, 40 mg per day should be good, you dont need to use 60mg.

    u takin anything else (injectables) or do u like wasted gains?

    60mg is pretty high.

    I just split it throughout the day, every four hours or so. It has a short half life.

    make sure you stack it with an injectable (test!)

    That's BS. With proper diet, workouts and rest dbol will work alone especially for a first cycle..Is it the ideal AS to take alone, NO, but it will work.

    The boring details...

    Sorry, I didn't list all the boring details. Here goes:

    I'm 5'-7" tall and weigh 265 lbs. I am a Rugby Prop, and am interested in mass and strength gains, not in becoming a zero-fat prettyboy. That said, since being on this board I have cleaned up my diet a lot. I have been working out since 1990, or thereabouts. Last night I squatted 545 lbs. for eight strong reps. (with a trustworthy spotter, of course.)

    I propose a cycle of 500 mg. of Test. Cyp. and 400 mg. of Deca . per week.

    The Dianabol will be taken for the first four weeks to "jump-start" the cycle.

    Cycle should last for 15 weeks.

    This would be the first time I've used Dianabol. I have past experience with Anadrol -50, and thought the dosage of 50mg. of Anadrol-50 (one tab) would be similar to 50 mg. of Dianabol (5 tabs.)

    No its not BS. Dbol alone will give you gains but 6 months later you will not have them.

    I just read a post where someone says he takes the Dianabol just one hour before his workout.

    Take it all before gym to pump up your workout, or try to keep levels even throughout the day?

    Thoughts?
