    Question Red Yeast Rice

    has anyone taken Red Yeast Rice during cycle? If so what were the sides if any

    I've taken red yeast rice for the last year (on and off cycle) without any side effects. The active ingredient is a statin compound, so be alert to any muscle aches or weakness. The combination of red yeast rice and policosanol brought my total cholesterol down from 220 to 145.

    Maetenloch, Thank You My cholesterol is now 227 and trying to lower it to 190 or better before my cycle in November

    red yeast rice? first time ive heard of this. is it just good for bringing chlosterol down or does it have other benefits also??

    Primarily used for cholesterol control.
