Pre-loaded gear?

I was wondering how long can gear sit loaded in a syringe before it should be discarded? For me this is a convienent way to store small amounts while I can not be at home. I know some gear comes stored this way (Sus redi-jects) which makes me think it should be O.K. for some peroid of time. I am also sure there is a difference in storage time between oil based and water based.

i think you could store oils for a wk or 2 but with water based gear i wouldnt suggest more than a day or 2 .i think bacteria might develop with water faster than oil.
i preload 5-7 pins a wk,it speeds up the everyday injection time.

I know guys who preload a months worth of shots and have never had problems...I've gone on week long vacation while on prop/fina cycles and ended up taking 8 preloaded pins with me and didn't have any problems...
