Doing 50 mg of Fina a day and on week 3 and my very lower back on the sides (where the kidneys are) hurt! Should I stop the cycle? What are the protectants for Kidney? Drink a lot of water? What should I do? Any help is appreciated!Thanks

How much water are you currently drinking per day?
Cranberry extract and at least 1 gal of water daily.If this doesn't stop shortly,get off and see a doc.

That's some good stuff. Dr.'s actually prescribe some patients who have small kidney stones to drink cranberry juice. I personally have a friend that used to drink three 2 liter bottles of Coke in one day, developed small kidney stones and the dr. prescribed him to drink cranberry juice. Did for about 3 months straight, no coke, and the kidney stones were gone. Obviously if they are larger he wouldve needed surgeryQuote:
