cycle for an old man (>45)

I am looking for a cycle (the first one) for 45 y. older man. with only small side affects. Any idea?

What do you think about a combination of t-enanthate and oxandrolone?

Agreed - can't go wrong with a test only cycle or throw in the ox if you feel you want to.

No idea how any of these guys can offer you good cycle advice without knowing more about you than your sex knowing that you are older than 45 years old (46? 85?). For all we know, you don't even lift.

Completely true, so let me expand upon my previous post:

If you are between 46 and , oh let's say 60
If you lift regularly, have done so for a while, and know what you are doing
If You know how to diet and sleep in a manner consistent with your objective
If you desire to build lean body mass and strength

Then I would like to refer you to my info at the link I posted.

I am 46, training off and on last 20 years, always natural.
Now I really want to build lean body mass, I´m training 5 days/week, a special form of HST.
Some weeks ago, I spent al lot of money for my own gym, so I can train the whole day ;-)
Enough sleeping is always a problem (family, work...)

Triposinator: thank you for the link.

Is it necessary to use Arimidex for an 8week-cycle?

Not necessary to use Arimidex, but I suggest Nolvadex for your cycle.
    Also,consider 10 weeks.8 weeks just isn't enough.Like I said earlier,mimic Tripos cycle.He got it goin' on.
