    Best time for superdrol?

    i am taking superdrol and im wondering what the best way to take it is. Do u take 1 in the morning, then at lunch, then at diner or do u take it all at once? basically what is the best time to take it?

    Agree spread it out through out the day. I am taking 30mg ed, I take one in the morning, one at lunch, and one about half hour before i hit the gym at night. good luck
