    Cortizone

    I have to get a cortizone shot on monday...and I was wondering if that will affect anything? It will be in the inside of my elbow (for tendonitis)...I don't really know much about any possible reactions...so any help would be appreciated.

    long term it can end up hardening the surrounding muscle, which is bad, also it can weaken permanently any soft connecting tissue. however, this is not uusually a huge problem. i know athletes who have totally fucked themselves with those things, and athletes who have saved their career with them, good luck my friend

    what about juice use about a week after the shot? i've had them before i my wrist and the tightness was gone in just under a week and could work out without pain and everything...so is there a certain wait i should apply before i start up sauce?
