I have heard that over in the UK Dnp cycles are becoming very popular. They are using between 200-300mg daily. My qustion is too anyone that has tried DNP at theses doses, how were the results? and just as important how were the sides that accompanied it?

Here's the most common cycle of DNP I've seen:
day 1 200mg
day 2 200mg
day 3 400mg
day 4 400mg
day 5 600mg
day 6 600mg
day 7 400mg
day 8 400mg
day 9 200mg
day 10 200mg
Though personally, and this is just my take... the shit is poison. Yes, it may help you cut. But if ingesting cat shit would help me cut, I would say "no thanks". That's just one mans' opinion. Good luck bro! Be safe.

Just some advice, when looking at responses and suggestions, make sure the poster has at LEAST 100 posts. At 4 posts (like one hung low, which screams I'm 16!) there is rarely any quality information. Case in point:
There have been numerous studies that have proven that even after THIRTY YEARS there was no problem. There was the "normal" ~2 weeks rebound, but after that, things were 100% fine. ive have been in your shoes too, i have done DNP 3 different times and i hated every moment of it. I tried to ask around too if maybe the low dose cycles were worth anythin, but only got a few okay's for it, not enough to satisfy me. What i would do, if you dont get a response, and your balsy enough to try it both ways, start with the low dose first if this is your first trial, and then try the other more used way and compare. IMO, that would be the only true way of knowing which is better.

IMO DNP is a last resort chemical> You need to use it in very short period of times and be VERY careful. Carb deplete before starting and no more than 2 weks on it. 8lbs per week of fat lost per week arent unheard of. But do you really want to risk dieing, cum yellow, etc, just to lose in 2 weeks what you can do in 2 months safely?
i have run 3 cycles of dnp..
standard 1 week..
and a low dose 2 week..
I get much better results with t3/clen
and i don't want to damage my vision any more..
