Dont pyrmid raginredneck, just run a constant dose. Pyrmiding really messes with your test levels(you want to keep them steady) which in return will increase sides.

that's al really long question to answer with sustanon , because it has four different esters each with different half lives.

you dont think i should go to 500 ithought that is what you were suposed to do , thats what my source told me to do . but this leaves pretty sore inj. sites , i wasnt lookin forward to it

You want to run it at 500mg per week for the duration of your cycle. I do not understand the other part of your question. Sust is made up of several different esters of test, it is not as easy to figure out as if it was just Cyp or just Enanth.
