I am considering using insulin (humulin r) post workout only between cycles. A good example of weekly use would be:
Mon-5iu post workout
Wed-5iu post workout
Fri-5iu post workout
Sat-5iu post workout
and repeat weekly. For how long is it safe to continue this type of scheduling? I've also been throwing around the idea of insulin pre-workout to block cortisol entirely. Of course, I'd be consuming carbs throughout my entire workout and through the lifespan of the slin(4 hrs.)
I just wanted to get some feedback from experinced slin user (yeah you Juice Junky ) to see about duration of this bridge and safety. I know the insulin dose is low, by the way. I like to play it safe.
PS-this board has entirely too many smilies to choose from.

I would say you should alright for about 4 to 6 weeks of bridging with the slin, remember the golden rule of thum 10gm of carb for every IU of slin right after (15min after your injection with Humulin R) so at least 50gm of simple carbs (dextrose) take it with Creatinw and Glutamine and Whey Protein Isolate, than i would eat again 45 min later still simple sugars same as the first meal, and some complex carb an hour after that i like oatmeal, peanutbutter, whey protein and an apple...and 1 hour after that i would have just a high protein meal with maybe about 20 gm of carbs...good luck Bro...SOURCE CHECKS ONLY FOR USERS WITH OVER 100 POSTS.
