well, rule of thumb is at least the same amount off as you were on, but from personal experience, i would go longer for 2 reasons, DNP negates your thyroid so you need ample time off to allow it to recuperate, and two, cuz if you do it like a few weeks later, your body is still weak from the first run, and you will feel worse. I know i did. Just my .02 cents.
