hey everyone been a while since i can work out after my gyno surgery.. anyhow time to get back in shape so far i got a belly and im big lol but the good thing is aside the belly everything else still has muscle in it somehow :P so how would i start off ? gettin slim and thin then bodybuilding all over from the start? or workout and do cardio at the same time?? which would u guys recommend?

i would trim down to you feel good about it, then bulk. Cant do both at the same time bro.

didnt mean bulk i want to get back to my muscles :P cut up and defined.. should i stick to cardio til i dump everything muscle/fat and start over? or go ahead with lifting and cardio on a diet?

well if your just tryin to bring out your physique..... then diet and cardio is the option for you. Your gonna have to lift of course to preserve muscle. Check out the diet forum, tons of info there for ya bro to get a good diet in order and cardio.
