hey guys. just wondering what the general consensus if of shooting 2.5ml into delts. i'm on an eod stick schedule so got to go all over, but thinking that may be too much oil for the delt. should i split it into two shots and do half in one delt and the other half in the otehr delt all in the same day. the compound is test prop so that is why i'm concerned about the amount. let me know. thanks a lot.
not unless your delt is the size of your thigh.

the most i have gone is 2cc's into a delt... no problems... i think i cld take 2.5...
not trying to love myself..lol but i do have good sized delts. they r probably my best muscle, development wise...
give it a go. just shoot slow and massage the muscle alot afterwards...
i have done 2.5 in my delts. i do have to say it was pain full also
