I am looking at the following:
500/Wk Sustanon for 12 weeks
400/Wk Deca for 10 weeks
Possible add a couple of weeks of dbol...
My first cycle gave me great results with hardly any stuff... I am running 29% BF which I hope to start losing.... Maybe eventually do some Stanozolol!

I'd suggest you get your bodyfat % down to the teens before starting any cycle.
Classic Mass Stack:
1-4 Dbol @ 30mg ED
1-14 Test E or C @ 500mg EW
1-12 Deca @ 400mg EW
17-20 Clomid @ 100mg ED
17-20 Nolva @ 20mg ED
That seems okay for a 2nd cycle
if i was gonna run sust, though i would run it at 750mg/wk
just so you get enough short esters in you to jumpstart the cycle
also you can run the deca right upto to week 12 with the sust, because of the test decanoate in it, you should do that
Yes, I know my BF is a bit high... but it is one of those freakn' scales and I am not sure how accurate it is. I also thought that gaining muscle would turn on the matabolism furnace and start cooking off the fat.
