What is the best way to drop water weight?

I was wondering what all your secerts are , about shedding water weight?? Do you guys take water pills? if so what one works best.

Best way you ask? Lasix.

lasix + mannitol would be the fastest, but also very dangerous.

cutting out carbs 100% would be very effective and much safer than taking diuretics.

Yup, definately very dangerous, personally would never mess with the stuff.

whAT about during cycle? liquidex?

so carbs can make u hold water.

I hear a lot of dangers of lasix, but my dog's been on it for 6 months because water was crushing her windpipe and putting strain on her heart. she's lost a couple pounds but generaly she's fine.

I believe she was on 40mgs daily for two weeks then 20mgs after that.

Is my dog in danger? hope not.. she's 15
