Im at the tail end of my 12 wk low dose cycle and i have a couple questions. Around like wk 8 or so i was at my heaviest. (up to 208 from 187). I was happy with that. Its now the start of wk11 and my weight has leveled off to about 205. Why is that? why didnt i put on any more weight? Is this common?
ps I do have to tell you since the 8th week i have looked more ripped and my strength is still going up.
where all things equal? diet? training intensity? I'd like to hear more on low dose cycles.
ya i stayed pretty consistent with everything...it just looks like im carrying a little less water
Hey Samson - I remember reading your previous post when you started. What were your doses again?
300mg test 250mg of deca...im really satisfied where i am at and i reached my goal of 205lbs from 187. Its just that i reached 208 about 3 weeks ago and i got greedy thinking i could get to 212 or so. But im at 205 now and very happy with it
thats pretty good gains for a low dose like that. Good work
