    Between cycle supplements

    Is it ok to start using creatine 2 weeks after I ended my cycle (and how much is good to use per day (190 lb person)?

    Also, what other supplements are good to use to maintain gains between cycles?

    Yes it will be ok to use creatine 2 weeks after cycle. I use during cycle as well. Some guys do not use it until off cycle for a little boost. Save something for later I guess. I use creatine myself with good success for 4weeks on 4weeks off. It does not seem to have any adverse reactions by using ON cycle. I am a big believer in creatine and use it all year. With or without aas.

    definitely take creatine after cycle cause when the juice clears your system, your natural creatine levels will drop a lot

    hey wink.. how much do u use a day for the 4 weeks when you are on?

    Also, I sometimes get headaches while on creatine? (maybe related to dehydration??) any advice?

    I've read that taking fish oil helps maintain muscle mass (even when not training). Would also be vital to make sure protein intake is kept well up too.
    Glutamine also to help avoid muscle loss

    5 grams ed. 27gram serving of effervescent mixture. gnc mega creatine. sorry about the info in the pm. I said 27 and meant 5 grams of actual creatine per serving/day.
