update on my case!!!!

ok here is the details on my case. io had gotten pulled over with 2 bottles of 20cc winnie. that was september 2004. well after blood work that my lawyer wanted me to get and several months stressing about it. even a doctor saying i am going to be on testo replacement. this is what i got. charges are deferred and i have to do 4 years felony probation, but dont have to report to an officer i just send in a letter each month also have random piss test which im not sure how they are going to do that yet. a 2500$ fine. plus the 3000 i paid for a lawyer. 2 bottles cost me all most 10,000$.. just food for thought for you guys.

they pulled me over for speeding and asked to search car, which not only will i not carry it with me like that ill also say they cant search my car if there is a next time

You say felony probation, does that mean you wound up with a felony convitction, or is that just the terms of the probation?

no conviction, its defered which means if i do my probation with no problems and i dont get in any trouble it will be gone.

Yeah, in my state 2 20cc vials would be enough to go for distribution, long time in the clink for that.

because my test levels never are normal, allways in the low range. my doctor wants me to start with the cream but ive trid that befor and didnt like it. im sure my levels are messed up from not jucing correctly, at least now it will be legal. my doc is supposed to script me test and gh. because they were both very low on my last blood test. 89 test level and gh was below normal. so im hoping for that cause i feel like shit

im 32 now, i used test like animal never used pct either so now im paying for it. from like 27-31 i was using test all the time. then i stopped and my never never recovered, but there is a chance ive allways had low test levels according to my doctor. but i for sure have them now

I also remember your previous thread. I'm glad you do not have to pay a prolonged visit to the pen. Anyway, the charge will still be on your record, even though you were not convicted. You can have it sealed or expunged.
