Can overtaining couple with low cals and less than 6 hours of sleep lead to low blood testosterone levels ?? Even if sat. fats are adequate? Just lower carbs.

Yes, this can cause your hormone levels to drop and also put you in a catabolic state.

There haven't exactly been any clinical studies done on this (that I know of) but it seems reasonable to assert that stressing out the body the depriving it of what it needs will lower testosterone (it might increase epinephrine, but thats a little different).

nicely said.. If you car is working really hard, but doenst have the Right Air/Fuel ratio ( training/diet ), it will not proform to optimal levels (maximum tq/horsepower) this will cause the engine to use more gas to compensate for not enuf air/fuel ratio. as related to the body, you wont grow mang!
