They all do. But it doesn't help that particular muscle any more than the others. So I think the answer to what you are really asking is "no."

winny and susp, can swell the muscle which will lead to bigger muscle, but it can really hurt you in the long run. Heard about a bodybuilder that use to inject winny in his calves to make them bigger but it lead to permanent damage.

when i was running susp i was only shoot in the glutes, ya i know. anyways during my course of susp i did get a sht load of stretch marks on my ass. couldn't tell if i was just growing or it was sight enhancement from the suspension
its the swelling, thats why its a good idea to shoot diff for susp or winny. yeah that means you will be sore all over but it gives your injec. sites time to heal from the shot.

Pgf2a is not particularly effective for local growth, and its side effects are extremely unpleasant
Synthol is not a reccomended choice, it does work but it can and does often give an odd look to musculature particularly if used often. It also increases risks of infection, scar tissue and injury.
Agreed. Aside from formebolone nothing is going to give a local increase in muscle size. Formebolone is only lasts a few days and unless you are a competeting bodybuilder, then it's worthless.Quote:
