it depends on the cycle and what was taken post cycle as well.
With less androgenic, the better I find you keep gains
I feel it all depends on the diet and your training routine. And if a well planned out cycle is trown in the mix with "Clomid" or "Hcg" you cant go wrong ide say around 60-70%.

I always lose a little size, mainly in my arms but lose very little strength.
Im so cocky I aim to add another 5-10lbs once my cycle is over:dg:

my exp has been that i dont gain a lot but i keep almost everything and well after a couple of months from the time i discontinue the cycle i lose a little bit of hardnes or pump or whatever you wanna call it
WoW you guys keep 80%, I normally am smaller than when I started....are you suppose to use cortical enanthate to recover :unsure:

but so far I only loose water so a little size diff but almost no change in strength.

well...i keep between 90-100% of my WEIGHT gain, however the few lbs that i do lose is water, which is ok since its not muscle, buttt...3lbs of water loss makes a difference in my appearance..my arms and traps seem a little smaller
I lose about 15%... size and strength :(
