I have a reoccuring low back injury that is bothering me midway through my cycle. I've had to take some days off at times to heal up a bit...so workouts have not been as good as they could be. How will this effect my cycle and gains??? Is is it still possible to grow while injured or am I pretty much F----- up for the rest of the cycle?
It'll effect it some, but it really depends on how many days, if you keep your diet right while off, but no one can give you a definitive answer because we're all different.

Hey Bro, you sure its muscular pain in lower back or kidney pain? Think about the pain you are feeling. If you can determine that its kidney, goo to the Doc right away, if muscular, then you probably gotta chill for a little bit. JMO
