    Forearm/Shin acne....

i know it sounds strange but im getting progessivly worse acne on my forearms and shins...none on my bi's/tri's or quads. ive been using a few kinds of wash to try to keep the skin oil-free, but nothing seems to be working. i had a buddy suggest MSM. as of now, im a complete loss, as what to do....any suggestions and/or home remedies?

seriously tho, wear long sleeves to the gym, i did it against my will and the bumps on my arms cleared up, i think i got it from the dirty machines / scratching my arms with my dirty hands/gloves that touched everything while i was working out.

Over washing of the skin can lead to acne. You need some of your natural oils, if you continuously wash them away then your skin is more vurnable. Also keep to one soap rather than switching it up. Probably do more damage to your skin.
