I think so. I always like to go with 1"-1.5" to make sure that goes into the muscle. Better be sure than sorry later. Sh** I go with 1" into my delts

i know but im having trouble getting pins around here i just moved here and the pharmacys are diffrent,i dont have much fat so i thoink it should be o.k

I would stick with 1-1.5". I found 1" is just acceptable. Even then i have to push nearly all the needle in. You need to get passed all the main vein/arteries and deep into the muscle.

Exactly Matrix, thats why i use the 1.5" Get as deep as I can to avoid those areas you mentioned.
