Need help plaing my first cycle

Well after 4 years of lifting, I've decided to try my first cycle. I've been searching through this forum and have come up with some pretty good information, but I need some of you more experienced members to help me plan out my first cycle. Right now I am 5'10" 180 pounds. I'm looking to gain mass for my first cycle, and eventually plan on stacking deca and winstrol for my second cycle, but that's down the road. I just need help planning out my first one though. Here's a list of the products I have, and any help would be appreciated, thanx.

Test-e 200
Clomid
Nolva

What type of test do you have? E, Cyp, Prop, Phen Prop?

14-17 PCT

If you dont know what PCT is, do a search

test at 400mgs/ week. 10-12 weeks. you will need clomid for pct. dont use creatine while on cycle save it for pct. eat alot and intake alot of protien. fish oil and multi-v are fine. wouldnt use the 6-oxo.

Don't get ahead of yourself and start planning the second cycle before you have even done your first cycle. And the second cycle should be two hormones max. Personally, I would stick with long ester testosterone as long as it works well. Way to many guys start stacking steroids to early.

I have test e, sorry I should've specified. So I should be using 400mgs a week, for 10-12 weeks, and clomid and nolva for weeks 13-16? How much of the Clomid and Nolva should I be using for the PCT?

Depends on the dose of the gear, is it 100mg/ml or 200mg/ml? You don't convert from mg to ml-mg is the amount of active compound in one ml of the oil.
