Would you take a myostatin blocker??

Seriously. When are we to big? Are some of us already to big? Have any of us ever been to big?

We talk alot about being safe and healthy. (blood test, pct, proper off time)

It seems that myostatin blockers will eventually hit the gyms.

    would you take it?

I bought 2 bottle of Myostat by Biotest when it first came out like four years ago. Let's just say I became so big I stopped taking it and now resort to steroids .

i would take it if it were controllable. If it flat out turned off the gene then no. if it just blocked and only to some extent i would try it. I also guess it would depend on how long it last for and if you could somewhat limit it so it didt get out of control.

1 never going above 1000mg of steroids
    2 never using growth
3 never to use thyroid hormones
    4 not gonna take insulin

so when its there we shall see how things turn out. i feel as i could never be to big.

I don't see why it wouldn't disfigure you. Also, what about muscles like the heart and tongue? We use them constantly, without the regulation of myostatin they'd surely grow.

i heard its out but its expensive as **** .. couple of g's or so .. from what i understand it should be better then gh if used properly for muscle growth . if it permenantly blocks the gene.. thats bad news.. if it does it for a certain amount of time tht would be kickass

Assuming it does not permanently block the myostatin gene, does anyone know if you actually keep the gains? Or once the myostatin gene is active again, will it regulate the muscle and shrink back to normal capacity?

If its permanent: I highly doubt it but there is a very slight possibility

Personally I’m more interested in IL-15. Yeah i would use it but not without knowing about the adverse side effects, if any.

I have information from a very reliable source, who knows a few people who have tried this, the results have been poor, nothing.Just because it works for animals does not mean it works for humans,we must consider this.I was going to run IL-15 in 06,but not now.

Was it real? IL-15 is best used with IGF-1. Ummm 1/10 ratio i think. If anything it should have produced some degree of fat loss. Gimme a sec.

I think who ever it was got scammed. IL-15 has a lot of solid research as an anabolic , mainly anti-catabolic hormone. It also worked with human cells in vitro.

It's said to not bond to the proteins in humans. As we all know, just because a drug works for animals, doesn't mean it works in humans.Cells (research cultures)don't have organs ect...not a plausible argument for this by any means.

There are BBers trying this stuff out right now and not getting results.fake?I highly doubt that.

This is what I’m not getting. What proteins does it bind to? Not receptor sites? Is it a species specific hormone like GH? I just don't understand why it doesn't work.

Remeber when GH was a 'scam' because people were buying horse and cow GH?

Yes, we are talking about some inhibitor drug to stop myostatin gene expression, not some worthless kelp from the ocean thought to reduce myostatin activity sold as a supplement.
