    whats the test flu?

    Ive heard alot of talk about the test flu expecially for first timers. I felt kind of sick and know other people who have on a cycle too. Is this the test-flu?

    In simple terms,it's your body adjusting to the new hormone levels.Your body releases histamines that cause the runny nose and eyes ect.Giving you the same type feeling as a cold or flu is coming on.

    In most cases it seems to happen between week 2-4 of the cycle as hormone levels start to increase in the body.
