    Going Soft

What's up w/a lot of people putting on fat post-cycle?

Is that just laziness in diet/workouts or do AAS hurt your ability to put on quality muscle after you are off them?

Most bros I know that have gotten soft have come off Deca , and Eq...any thoughts?

after i came off my first cycle of test only, i kept eating the same amount like everyone said so id keep my gains. guess what, about 6 weeks post cycle, i started gaining fat. my body couldn't use all those calories, i believe was the cause. so i cut back a bit and started cardio and its almost all gone now.

If they didnt do proper pct after a heavily suppresive compound like deca then that would most likely be due to a hormonal imbalance and excess amounts of estrogen, which would equate to more bodyfat accumulation and water retention. That and if they still taking in the same diet while on could also contribute,

Thats why people need to include clen . Your metabolisms low, extra estrogen, low test levels.
