Am I Ready To Start My Cycle?
WHat Up! Alright i been researching my ass off, askin around for the best cycle advice and tryin to formulate a successfull diet for bulking. Please guys help me out here, and let me know what you think of this, cause im sooooo ready to get started on my gear. But i want everything to be perfect and set....
My situation: i'm 23, 5'8 173 minimal bodyfat and my goal is to be up in the 190's by the end of my next cycle. (metabolism is very fast)
Cycle experience:
Low Dose
Weeks 1-10 Test Enanthate 250mg/wk
Weeks 1-10 EQ 200mg/wk
Weeks 8-12 Winstrol 50mg/day
Proper PCT
from that i gained 16lbs and kept 12.
Next cycle consists of:
Weeks
1-13 Sustanton 500mg/wk shot (eod)
1-11 EQ 400mg/wk
Nolva on hand if i need it
proper PCT
Now for my diet, please critique the hell out of this!!
Meal 1
8 Egg Whites
1 Cup Oatmeal
2 C 1% milk (i put it in the oatmeal, and protein)
2 Scoops Whey Protein
Cals - 589g Fat - 4g Carbs - 52g Protein - 86g
Meal 2
2 Tuna Sandwiches with Rye bread
2 non - fat yogurts
Cals - 589g Fat 4g Carb - 88g Protein - 45g
Meal 3
10 oz Chicken Breast
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
Baked Potatoe
8 oz. Gatorade
Cals - 429g Fat 6g Carbs - 42 Protein - 65g
Meal 4
2 Scoops Whey Protein w/ 8oz 1% Milk
1 Cup Sliced Pineapple
Cals - 429g Fat- 5g Carbs - 43g Protein - 55g
Meal 5
10 oz Steak
1 C Brocolli
2 C Salad w/ 1/2 C Cucumbers, 1 C diced tomotoes
Pasta
Cals - 601g Fat - 22g Carb - 59g Protein - 43g
or
I'll substitute the steak with fish (i prefer perch)
1 C broc
2 C salad w/ 1/2 C Cucumbers, 1 C diced tomotoes
Pasta
Cals - 410g fat - 11g Carb - 48g Protein - 33g
Meal 6
1 C Cottage Cheese
2 Scoops 100% Whey Protein w/
8oz 1% Milk
Cals - 484g Fat - 7g Carb 21g Protein - 82g
Meal 7
Weight gainer (Russian Bear 5000)
With 8oz 1% Milk
Cals - 620g Fat - 2.5g Carbs - 89g Protein - 45g
Totals
With the Steak instead of fish final counts are:
Cals - 4040 Fat - 78 Carb - 374 Protein - 441
Fish instead of Steak are:
Cals - 3531 Fat - 52 Carbs - 363 Protein - 385
So help me out here guys, does this look good? Think im ready to start? I plan to start Monday (Oct 10)

Cycle looks good to me. If you can I'd run the EQ for 12 weeks.
