    pre/post workout question

    is a 1 1/2 cans of tuna and 1 tbsp of flax a good pre workout meal? and as a post workout meal should it be a pro/carb or pro/fat meal?

    pre workout IMO pro/carb

    post workout- whey/dex

    post post workout - pro/carb
