If you never shot pecs, you might want to avoid them.I get some nice burns from time to time shooting Fina there. And the burn hangs on for hours.....

I wouldn't hit calves for anything...no matter how "painless" the gear is. I rotate between both delts, both sides of the traps, both tricepts, and both legs....so that gives you a total of 8 spots to rotate between. This is not counting on both butt cheaks if you are limber enough to reach around there.
I would love to try pecs and bicepts, but just havn't found the need to try given the 8 spost i rotate between.

Every time I inject traps, they twitch and there is a dull burning feeling from shooting close to a nerve....not painful, but you have to be jentle...it is also difficult to see what you are doing cuz you have to use the opposit arm to shoot with (left arm to shoot right trap) so you kinda give yourself the chocke hold LOL

I dont know if this is advisable but when I am looking for the right spot to hit traps with, I usually poke lightly with pin...if I feel a sting, then I am too close to a nerve so I move it over a bit.

I'll shoot my forearm before I shoot my trap.

Hamstring. NEVER! OMFG ... my buddy did. It was miserable.
The rule is, stick it in BIG muscles, glutes and quads. You'll get the best gains. I'm a pin cushion these days and I still manage to keep it in there.

I did calves and chest with fina and it wasnt that bad. Felt like a charlie horse in calve but went away pretty quick. Everyone is different when it comes to shots. I personally would not shoot anything that close to my neck with all the nerves running there
